Which areas does Cleanology cover?


Cleanology currently provides cleaning & housekeeping services across Cheltenham and the Cotswolds.

Travel is included free of charge within a 20 mile radius of our GL52 postcode. After this, it will be charged at a rate of 45p/mile.


How much do our services cost?

We deliver personalised, bespoke housekeeping services to provide the very best for our customers. We are fully insured and all staff are DBS checked.

Price Update in January

Starting in January, our pricing options will be as follows:

1. Hourly Rate £18.50:
You provide products and equipment.
Ensure you have suitable items available each week.
We'll provide a list of required items.

2. Hourly Rate £20.50:
Includes the use of our products and equipment.
Default rate unless otherwise specified.

Please note:
End of tenancy and deep cleans are quoted separately and have different hourly rates.

In the consultation, we will take a look around your home or office, and then discuss your requirements, and agree on how many hours will need to be allocated.

A suitable start date will then be discussed, and a weekly or fortnightly slot allocated.


Vouchers

  • Not valid in conjunction with any other special promotion.

  • No credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the voucher.

  • This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.

  • Redeemable weekday working hours only.

  • Vouchers are valid until twelve months from the date of purchase.

Please do not expect to redeem your voucher without first making a booking. You must contact enquiries@cleanology.uk, or 07791 789950 to book the next available cleaning appointment. All vouchers should be booked before the expiry date. A voucher will be deemed invalid if it is out of date.


When are payments due and what forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash and bank transfers. Payment is due upon invoice and before service is rendered.


What are the cancellation terms?


To ensure availability to all clients, we ask that you please provide notice of cancellation at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. For any appointments cancelled within 24 hours, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied. Any cancellations made after this time will not be subject to a refund or part thereof. Should you need to postpone and reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your request and the booking deposit will be carried over.


Do I need to purchase any products?

No. We provide products and equipment but if it is preferred then we can work with yours.


Do I need to be present?

The only time you will need to be present is at the consultation visit. After that, as long as a key contract has been signed, and a key provided, then you are not required to be at home.


Do clients need to clean and tidy first?


No, this is not necessary. However, it is beneficial for us to have a clear space to clean.


Is Cleanology insured & what records are kept by Cleanology?


We hold Public and Products Liability Indemnity Insurance up to the value of £5,000,000 with Royal Sun Alliance. We operate in line with the Information Commissioning Office and act with strict Confidentiality and Privacy at all times. Any details kept are purely for our records to allow us to carry out our job efficiently. This information will never be shared with outside parties. A copy of our Privacy Policy is available upon request and can sign Non-Disclosure Agreements as required.
